TEAM Companies’ roots can be traced back nearly 30 years in the technology landscape. It features TEAM Technologies as our operating and management company, with its rich history as a regional IT service provider. TEAM Properties is our real estate developer, with its deep understanding of the real estate needs of high-technology companies. Together we are working to bring world-class data centers to safe, secondary markets in the Upper Midwest.  

 

In October 2004 we opened the first of our company-owned data centers in Cedar Falls, IA. The 24,000-square-foot Prairie Lakes facility is benchmarked technologically against the finest data centers in the industry and today serves many of the area’s leading businesses and service providers. This facility serves as our headquarters and operations center and was designed from the ground up with all of the region’s security concerns in mind.

Since creating our data center strategy, we have begun expanding our market presence throughout the Upper Midwest. To execute our growth plan, TEAM Properties is expanding its design, development and engineering staff to assist you as you plan and budget for this mission-critical project. TEAM Technologies provides 24/7 data center operations and management services.  We offer complete data center, network and facilities management services to businesses that choose to locate their equipment in one of our company-owned data centers. These services offer these companies the opportunity to improve the scalability, reliability, security and manageability of their mission-critical IT infrastructure quickly and with less capital expense.
